New swap
Just got again a newly swap VE.

But i got a reading of 30psi in compression.

What will I do?

Take the motor back it prob has a bent valve.

30psi is less than a sneeze. Either something is horribly wrong with the motor or the gauge. Determine which and fix it. Let's start with the basics, what is your compression check procedure? Did you get a slow crank or did you use a fully charged battery? Did you try another gauge? 30psi across the board? As much detail as humanly possible.

Thank you for the quick response guys. We already figured it out. Since it is a surplus engine, the piston ring was stucked up. We just wired it the starter direcly to continiously cracking up the engine, we also used a diesel engine oil. Now everythng is

@zeneffect this is the new engine after the total leaned out that toasted my piston

Did you exchange the fuel pump and get a wideband?
