Ve oil squirters
What would happen if you did t block them off would you lose pressure to the top of the engine?

Yes the reason I decided to block them off is because I broke 2 of them and when I found the price on replacing them I got somewhere between 80-120$ so I said fuck it and decided to block them off but i would assume that if you didn't plug them yes you would loose oil pressure from up top

Ve oil squirters
What did you use to block them off? The banjo bolts with washers to take up space?

I'm building a SR20DE block with a vvl head and there are no oil squirters. I'm running BC rods (no piston cooler either) and CP pistons.
Also a forged piston runs cooler than a cast piston.

I'll tell you soon if theres a problem or not hehe.

One engine that still runs has stroker crank and 90mm bore and Gtir rods and 8 years later still good. So far.

have fun guys!

Yeah I used the banjo bolts with 1/2 bearing washers, as far as the damage from non oil squirters I'll let you know how it works lol but I've seen my tuner push the limits on a De + T along with a buddy of mine pushing 500+ for a few months I think it will be fine if not we all learn from our mistakes, it will give me a reason to build a nasty VE again
