could be me but isn't it been rev'd another 750rpm higher too?

side note, aren't 21 inch primarys pretty short, tuned to pretty high (8750+) rpm?

Dyno numbers are just for reference, but 166 is very low. There are stock VEs making more, and SSAC, N1, stock plenum VEs making more than 186. The graph is misleading, test was ended sooner, as sss4me said, but there is a noticeable torque gain which would lead to some HP gain. My guess is it makes 7-10 over the SSAC above 6500 RPM.

That's the money of two and 1/6th VE specific tri-y headers which I believe have around the same gains over ssac no

Looks nice do what can be seen in the photos. I'd rather spend the money on an intake tho. I've seen built 88mm ve's make good power on de specific off the shelf $100 headers ported to match the ve.

I was talking to the guys for a while, when I was contemplating a VE build, and they're actually willing to actually customize it for you for the same $700.

I would go with the specs that Mr. Marsh gave in an exhaust thread here on the forum.
Ex mani-
1 3/4" to 1 7/8" total length 21 inches long with 2.5 inch collector stepped up to 3 ( 2L - 2.2L )

1 7/8" to 2" total length 21 inches long with 2.5 inch collector stepped back up to 3 ( 2.3L - 2.4L )

Of course everyone is entitled to their own opinion, wishes, and doings; just adding my .02

Now when its said 2.0 to 2.2L is that 86x86 then 92x86 or 86x92? and on a 2.4L i assume 92x92.. but I want to know what the 2.0 to 2.2L is from bore or stroke

First and foremost I want to apologize to Miko, as I've been attributing that quote to mr. marsh, not Miko whom "said" it.

@shagspeed I have absolutely no clue.
Here's the thread I took that quote from - http://www.sr20-forum.com/vvl/69176-equal-lenght-header-ebay-sr20ve.html
(As you can tell, they're are talking about this exact header; as it's come up a number of times on this forum)
