i have one installed in my stock VE with only n1 cams, the motor gained power in high rpms without any tunning, my afrs stayed exactly the same, i totally recommend this header.

i was sure they were 24" long. i reckon there more for a stock/near stock ve.

while i know they are dearer, the protech ones that pat klutch has on his car would be my pick for you. stepped header 23"long 2 1/4 choke

Armonic Performance FB(for their run of the mill "custom" EQL header)
od primary tubes 1 3/4, outlet on collector 2 1/2, length each tube 24 inch.+ - 1/4. 100% stainless steel t -304 and tig welded. total price $700 usd

I was talking to the guys for a while, when I was contemplating a VE build, and they're actually willing to actually customize it for you for the same $700.

I would go with the specs that Miko gave in an exhaust thread here on the forum.
Ex mani-
1 3/4" to 1 7/8" total length 21 inches long with 2.5 inch collector stepped up to 3 ( 2L - 2.2L )

1 7/8" to 2" total length 21 inches long with 2.5 inch collector stepped back up to 3 ( 2.3L - 2.4L )

Of course everyone is entitled to their own opinion, wishes, and doings; just adding my .02

An 86x86 high comp ve car out here didn't make power up top with that armonic header. Stopped making power around 7800rpm. The owner ended up ditching the armonic header and bought my Protech medusa 4-1.

If it is 32" long it will not make top end power, similar to my Mazworx header. It would give you more lower end torque though. 23-24" long seems to be the standard. It all depends on where you want your power.

I find it hard to believe that with just the header alone it gained 20whp. Stock VE with Xcessive plenum at 166whp? It's a combination of things that could result in 20whp gains. Car must of not been tuned at all from the get go.
