I am colorblind. They checked the wires and marked them with a piece of blue tape and the first letter

Ok on his car, here is the wiring coming from the harness:

.
4 of them, from left to right: black, orange w/ blue stripe, yellow, blue.
.
.
Now here are the wires from the DE distributor:
.

.
From top to bottom: green, red, black (hard to tell but its the black one), pale white.

*I already know the yellow from the VE wiring harness goes to the green on the DE wiring.

Ok we tried that combination, no start, but it ALMOST sounded like it was going to, like it made a rumble as I let the key go, and the exhaust popped. Maybe I should try switching two of them like the blue and red?

Jordan, I do believe that you're confusing people, or at least me.

The only pictures you have posted are of a DE harness and DE distributor.
OEM wiring for those is as follows-

Harness Orange - Distributor Red
Harness Yellow - Distributor Green
Harness Black - Distributor Black
Harness Blue - Distributor White(you keep saying yellow, it was white when new)

Confirmed from holding my stock 92 distributor in front of me(it's trash to me. Upgraded to VE stuff) if the car still doesn't run then you might have other problems.

If it popped when you let off the key, mess with the distributor timing; it wont start if it's way off.
Better yet actually check for spark after you wire it.
