SR20VE Fujitsubo Header Gaskets: What to use?
Well, I acquired a used P11 SR20VE Fujitsubo Header for my P10, so naturally it didn't come with any gaskets. I did some searching and I found that someone posted that you can use the SCE Pro Copper 9400 gaskets (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sce-9400) as long as you trim the middle bolt hole a bit to get it to fit. Is this correct? Are there other options?

I could not find any information on the donut gaskets you need for the backside of the secondary pipe at all. The remains of the previous gasket are still on the secondary flange, but it's only a flat ring. I measured the previous gasket to have an ID of 2.45" and OD to be about 3.13" and maybe a depth of .625"? These are only best guesses. The OD of the pipe the gasket goes around is about 2.37" max at the base and about 2.33" min on the outside edge. The tertiary pipe that goes on the outside of the gasket has a 2.35" ID expanding to a 2.95" ID with a depth of about .46". Again, these are fairly rough measurements. The closest one that I have found so far is the Vibrant 2599B gasket which has a 2.55" Slipover ID x 3.29" Gasket OD x 0.625" Tall (Vibrant Performance ::.). What is the known solution for this gasket?

If anyone could post what they use, that would be super awesome. Maybe this could be a good reference for future noobs

EDIT: Felpro P/N 61106 (Meant for 98-01 Toyota V6 Trucks) fits perfectly for the Donut Side. Did a little digging at the local parts store and found one that worked, lol. Still would like to confirm the 3 bolt flange gasket though, before I order it. Couldn't find anything at the part store.

EDIT #2: Felpro #60637 (84-88 Nissan/90-92 Infiniti VG30 exhaust flange gasket) and the SCE 9400 both DO NO work for the two pipe flange at the bottom of the manifold. I bought both gaskets to try, and they do not work at all. The SCE bolt holes do not line up at all, and the pipe holes are too small. The Felpro pipe holes are too close together and the bolt holes don't line up. The search continues...

EDIT: Remflex P/N 8050 (Made especially for the Fuji Header) for the 3-bolt header flange. This took me awhile to find, but I finally found it. All I had to do is remove SR20VE for all of my searches and it took just a couple minutes. Price is a little steep, but at least you get two gaskets!

Hope this helps other Noobs in the future!

Post a picture of the flange. There are only a few variations and they are probably shared between many different cars.
You can try searching 20691 Nissan part numbers (they also all seem to end with 80), here are some possible ones:
20691-01P80
20691-W7180
20691-V5280
20691-A0280

It also depends on what the secondary pipe looks like. Some cars only use donuts there as well.

You can also use spa turbo gasket maker. its like a exhaust sealant that will clean up easy. I have used it seal odd flanges before.

The secondary isn't like the OEM stuff, it is your typical 3 bolt two hole flat flange that only uses a flat (or embossed) gasket. The donut gasket that I found to work is a single large one that gets the spring bolt bit (which I also need to find) between it and the tertiary pipe.

I have not, do they have the 3-hole gasket?

you could also make your own gasket by buying a sheet of copper from lowes. this would fit the best but would be a little time consuming.

I've done that as well, lol. Not the best of luck, always seems to give out after a couple months. Ha ha

did you use two layers. the single layers do blow out but if you use multiple layers(2-3) its like a stock gasket.

I used the thick exhaust gasket sheet (about 1/8" or 3/16" thick. It was much thicker than any stock gasket. If I can find something that I can just order, I'd much rather do that, ha ha.
