I'm going to join this fun chat, while you talk about choke points what you should be looking at are your collectors and placement. The primary runners on this header are short but what's more concerning is cyl 1 and 4 collector angle. This header will not have optimal scavenging on that collector and might even get reversion. While the header is off of the car pulse air into runner 4 and feel for that pulse on cyl 1, do the same on cyl 2 and 3. This is a very mundane way of checking flow but it gives you an idea of how the header flows. I'm willing to bet that header makes better power then the ssac but a long tube 4-1 or try-y with good merge collectors would be better. Enjoy

No doubt about that, but this was done on budget as owner already had used SSAC manifold. User @gio94sr20ve dynoed this mod +8whp over stock SSAC I think so its ok in my case.

Don't get me wrong I think what you guys are doing is awesome, I build all my own parts and have built two ve headers of my own. Keep this type of stuff up and keep posting it for others to see. Build it don't buy it. Way to go guys.

Not sure if it's too late but I cut open a stock plenum and did some much needed improvement on the entry of the runners. 1-4 need the massaging.
I have not dynoed it yet but I hear a note change now on intake pipe after 6700rpms since I installed it on the car.

Actually I did very similar mod + 45° angle + 70mm TB.
