Thread: sensors smached!! looking for new ones.

The DE TPS wont work on the VE throttle body, the way they move the potentiometer inside the sensor is on a different style mechanism. I'm not so sure on the idle control valve but if you need a TPS I have a few for a VE if you are interested.

I just remembered that I had switched out the throttle assembly, got it from a G20, so I could retain my cruise control before installing the engine. That is why the de tps would work, on my engine setup. The ve throttle assembly doesn't have the correct pulley/cable attachments to run cruise control. Sorry for not being clear in the prior post.
