Spent a couple hours messing with this.

First, checked the fuel pump physically and its fine.

Then checked all fuses. Found out that the interior cabin "Engine control" fuse (10A) was blown- replaced with a new one, still nothing.

Now the car has sat below the E line for fuel for about a month, with temps anywhere from 72 to 14 degrees. So I drained the fuel from the tank (that was fun, NOT) and added 10 gallons of fresh 93 octane and half a bottle of water remover, nothing still nothing. Ran out of day light again and will check the engine bay relays tomorrow.

Here's something odd: the car will attempt to start without pushing in the clutch. WTF

check the connector under the clutch pedal could be something to do with that. just use a paper clip and put it into the two pins.

One thing, it's pretty much a dumb mistake I made once that caused me a lot of grief with a no start. Make sure the starter bolts got tightened down good in there. In my case they had loosened up so the starter wasn't in contact with the flywheel. Just a thought.

Is the coil connected? I know I unplug this to make room to get to stuff sometimes.

You said its turning over but wont start... to me that rules out clutch switch and starter issues unless we have differing definitions of turning over.
