Did you pull the plugs?
After checking for fuel in the cylinder I'd leave one of the plug wires off and carefully check to see if its generating spark.

odd that the engine cont fuse was blown, after you tried to start it again, did you check if it was blown again? If there's a short it may continue to blow when the key is turned to "on" and will never start.

Check for spark man?

Take a spark plug wire out of one of the holes an put a spare spark plug in it an ground the tip while someone trys starting the car.. you should see it sparking.. if not theres your problem, just have to find out why no spark...

Lets start there.. if you get spark then move on to the injectors.. you can test those by finding which one Is the ground wire then put a test light on it with the other end to the + on the battery an the light should flicker while tryin to start it..

Yep I checked like 6 times, everytime I tried to re-start it. It's still good. It's a different brand but still a 10A.

Ran out of daylight again, ill have to check tomorrow. still busy with the SE-L part out (gotta pull a starter for someone right now)

EDIT: the plugs are dry so it must be a fuel issue. Damnit

**FIXED**

My friend who is an electrician and mechanic found the problem. There was a faulty plug on the wiring harness. It was melted or something, prob by previous owner and it doesn't really hold contact very well. He adjusted the pins and tweaked the plastic on the latch so it makes better contact, i'll rewire it at some point for reliability sake but for now SHE LIVES!!!!!!!!!!

At this point it's too dark to see as he did it but I will check later in the week sine still messing with the SE-L part out, but going to go drive it around a bit and see how the clutch feels.
