I have a E8 in my B13. Works excellent no issues. The E8 has outputs that can activate the VVL. Haltech USA can prob guide you to tuners in your area

I also have the n14 jumper harness with it, will that help?

I'm guessing you're using the OEM Harness with the jumper into the Haltech? If so you will have to see which of the auxiliary wires are not in use between the Haltech and jumper and set that to activate the VVL

I have both a VE harness, and a 92 DE harness.. I can modify either to make work. I'm emailing haltech now

Use Haltech's flying lead harness and sell your VE & DE harness. It keeps it nice and simple and there's no questioning the condition of the wires. It has tons of options you might not even use. I ran my hatech coil outputs into the AEM Twin fire CDI and converted to direct fire.

You have some good stuff there. When you wire up the Innovate make sure to put the signal wire into the Haltech. It will help the turner review the data log with AF
