I think selling the Haltech just to be left without anything is a bad idea.. Plus if I went Nismotronic, I'd be using 25 yr old hardware. And since I already have it, who wouldn't wanna use it? AND later when I sell this car, I can pull the haltech out and use it for whatever else. f20c swap a AE86..

Anyway, back to the build.. I'm paying bills right now online, then my last step is to order pistons.. Then while I'm waiting for them to come in, I'll be doing all my head work

Thats its the point.... and the maps 32x32 vs 16x16, you will need a little more tune in the hal...

pistons just got here from Autotech. building the bottom end today.. need to verify my ring gaps and what not, then I should be throwing those in tonight... Anyone know how to verify what thickness headgasket I should use? I'm pretty sure I need thicker than stock. The block did have to be decked a little. It had a few nicks from handling

I'll look into it. I'll be checking piston deck height in a few.. I wish I can load pix easier. photobucket is giving me a hard time right now.

FYI - ACL Bearings is closing down (based in Australia). All the local car-manufacturers have bailed from manufacturing in the country and that was the straw that broke the camels back.

Should be able to get some cheapish runout deals on the bearings but just keep in mind that you likely won't be able to use ACL's again.
