Both options are good. I would avoid the 130# supertechs. I personally don't have the experience but have heard they are known for premature rocker and cam wear. I believe the 100# springs are the ones you want.
I suggest Supertech's # H1022D. For me combined with the N1's and other bolt ons they have made good power; made peak HP at just about 8000RPM on the dynojet. I can't say anything negative about BC's but I can tell you first hand experience that the Super's have worked out very well for me at the track and also regular driving. I generally redline the motor at least once per drive to keep it nice and healthy up top.
