Thread: Reverse megaphone options.

when I ran the drag, I put in a megaphone in replacement of the full exhaust. it was like running open header but choking it at the end

What I was most interested in was any real experience with the design for the VE, specifically.

Though, the input so far has been helpful, thanks, and keep it up.

what collector/megaphone/header have you decided on? tell tell...

i'm with most of the others on this. the reverse cone is for no exhaust (or maybe reducing to the exhaust size if the megaphone is bigger)

I used this one when I had the Tri y and worked fine!!

what are its dimensions payu ? (primary pipe size,choke,megaphone etc). the descriptions pretty vague.

What dimensions you want of my header??
My header have 1.75, 1.88 and 2.0 in OD primaries
Choke 2.25 ID
Megaphone on that pic is 2.25>4>2.5 about 16in long
The other Megaphone goes from 1.5 to 3.5 the closes to 3in

What is the choke size on a tri y big tube header..?

I am pretty sure its 2.25 since the last merge collector has a 2.5 tube welded over it but if you look on the inside the choke its smaller then the pipe

whast dimension would you recommend for a megaphone using Tri Y? ihave n1s and stock bottom end

i currently have 2.5in>>3>>2.75 length was about 16 inches i think
