got my ve
so i got my ve and wireing is done now i i was wondering where the vac line
on the top of the intake manny goes connected to??

The ve motors all had a little purge solinoid to only vent the CC gas under throttle, i just ran mine like the de.

ahh no i don't have pics but does your car have a carbo canister?

Black cylinder thing? there should be like 2 spare vents on it one i left and one fits the size of the hose coming off that manifold perfectly. if you have the purge solinoid and it's wired up properly then simply place that inline.

ya i have a carbon canister !! i know one goes to the fuel tank thats the one on the right of the canister .. and it came with a purge but it was off the motor ..

The small line on the top of the canister goes to the intake tube between the MAF and TB.


The large line under the small line on top of the charcoal canister goes to the intake manifold.

Now this can be easily done by getting a vacume line fitting that has a reduser from large line to small line, or you can put a small ruber pc over the nipple on the intake manifold and put the big hose over it with a hose clamp to keep it tight.

Thats what you can see in the pics on the link i posted.

Any diff between venting before and after the TB? like why is there 2 lines...
