hope you sort it out. as BLUERB240 says, maybe try a longer stack if that's easy to do.

Have you gotten rid of switching the exhaust cam first? That shit cray on n/a. Switch them at the same time until you can get shit sorted some, btw who is the tuner? And how do you know it's spot on? Where's a graph, I wanna see AFR's!

Is this running the same header with the large formed collector?

What ecu is the car running? How did you verify base timing?

I have been many cases where bad dizzy's sync at idle and drift after a given RPM. I lost my very first VE this way, picked up 30whp swapping dizzy after realizing it would hold at a static 40 degrees from 4-9k.

Another observation is the adapter for the ITB.

How much distance do you have from the inlet opening on the head to the butterfly?

What is the angle of the adapter in relation to port entry? From what I can see it is a straight shot in after the throttle
which is 100% wrong and does not follow the angle of the port to the back of the valve.

I'm running a haltech platinum sport 1000 ecu. I'm not running a dizzy I'm running a p12 cas
and spitfire coil on plugs.

Timing was set buy holding full open load at a given rpm I think it was 4000 rpm on the dyno then moving it advance or retard until it was spot on.

I will try and get the graph with a/f, s
The throttle body is not mounted flat it kicks up about 50-60 degrees I can remember exactly of the top of my head

I let opening on head to butterfly is probably 3-4 inch if on the centreline of Port.

Throttle body's are BMW 50mm and engine size is 2ltr

If you check my build thread a few posts back you will see the angle etc

The turn into the port on the intake is only 15 degrees.....why go radical at 50+ degrees of turn in such a short distance?

50 degrees should have been spread across 6-8 inches or more.

What pulley were you using when setting the timing? If stock, Did you verify that the pulley did not slip, causing timing marks to be skewed?

yes i have the ati damper , but it did not come with timing marks. my tuner marked true top dead centre then went from there. checked manually. as i have the street version as i need two pullys for alternator and power steering.

sorry your right the angle would be around the 15-20 degree marks.
