does big tyres make a lower dyno figure?

do you have AIR FILTERS on the itbs during the dyno run?

are your a/f's about right?

haha..are the cams switching?

is the exhaust restrictive at all?

Do you have velocity stacks on the ITB's?
If so what lengths are they?

I think I will track down a n1 manifold and chuck a 80mm throttle body on it port it a bit and give that a run. All ready have a upper part and throttle body just need lower section.

you should play with different length stacks before you give up. that can also effect power.

Are you sure the cams are switching?

take those filters off next time its on the dyno. i know you need them on the dirt tracks you race, but try without them on the dyno.

we did try this, and it likes it on there as the trumpets are built into the air filter base. lost power with it off. i think these engines like a really long intake runner.

maybe my engine is just that tight it lost power. i have a race coming up in 8 days will see how the butt dyno goes.

my tuner did say that with the compression pressure im running 225psi. that im starting to see the limits of my 98 octane fuel and i should look at running avgas
