Thread: JMR header thoughts? other headers?

i saw greg at gspec has JMR headers for sale, wondering what people think of these? or if anyone has a better header they like? i have an sr20ve w/ n1 cams, jwt ecu, and jwt velosity stack. right now im running ebay ssac header with 2.5 mid pipe and 2.5 straight through exhaust to an old vibrant n1 muffler. i tried calling asp since i live only a few miles from them about building a header but unfortunately they dont make products for nissans anymore and they said the header would basically be a stock replica

tri y big tube header is a very good option

is that a header no longer in production?

another question i had was what rpm are you guys with n1 cams switching your vvl on? JWT told me 6k but it felt like the low lobes were dropping off power way before that so i went down to 5k, feels much better but just looking for some suggestions

I'd speak to @marksr20 before considering making a purchase for a JMR header.

im guessing he doesnt have very good feedback...



yeah iv been watching that thread, just trying to see what else is out there to compare it to when they finally complete a prototype
