As long as your cooling system is in good shape I see no problem with using the 16ve pump. What radiator are you running.

Currently I have a 55mm Thick fully alloy, However, it maybe not stay depending on clearance of the turbo and/or Manifold

Ideally, the regular VE pump is better for daily driving and sitting in traffic on hot days, while the N1 pump should perform better on a track car that regularly sees high RPM's for prolonged periods of time.
In reality, I doubt either one will make much of a noticeable difference over the other.

agree with matej
I am running ve pump on vet, with one 10" davis craig fan. I used to overheat on long drives (1.5hr highway , then in traffic , 32-35 deg c days), I installed the tridon ,I am sure they are billion, high flow thermostat (only $36) 30% more coolant flow, eliminating the need to use a cooler temperature thermostat, as well as an oil cooler and I haven't had an issue. However I will be fitting the other fan before summer.

Thanks for that, may just use the standard SR20VE Water pump.

Something i have noticed, My xtrail SR20VET Engine has a smaller water pully compared to the SR20VE P11 Pully. Which one should i use?
