TPS after VE swap
Was there any additional wiring to get the VE TPS to read? I was live data logging on my way home from work the other night and noticed the voltage was just reading 7 on the laptop. Now I know this isn't right but was there something I needed to wire during the swap? I have a feeling this has contributed to my less then favorable gas mileage.

You're using stock harness plugged into the top connector correct?

I put a VE in my NX and all I did was plug the stock connector into the top VE TPS plug. No extension of wires or anything. Have you missed a ground somewhere? If everything else is alright then looks like it's time to swap out for DE TB or a new VE tps.

Im pretty sure everything is grounded. Ive been driving my with my VE since April with no real issues. I am going to bring my fluke meter home from work tonight and test the voltage.

might need adjustment or its just not working properly. you should be able to tell just by driving it that the tps isnt working properly

What would be the biggest sign? The car is driving like an absolute beast right now(minus the fuel leak lol) I was watching various gauages in the nismotronic and noticed the TPS a solid 7. I knew that wasnt right.

i would check with a voltmeter first before doing anything else

I am finally getting a chance to mess with it. I have the nismotronic open and live streaming. I lossened up the TPS and moved it abit and nothing is registering on the lap top. Just stays at 7.
