His description of that one -
"od primary tubes 1 3/4, outlet on collector 2 1/2, length each tube 24 inch.+ - 1/4. 100% stainless steel t -304 and tig welded."

If this header was a stepped header, 1 3/4 to 1 7/8 I feel we would be in business.

So is the 20V header with 3" dp section.

The 20V header makes a lot of top end power once past 7000 RPMs. When racing these VEs with N1 cams, plus you will be shifting at 8500-9000 RPMs where the 20V header shines.
