Back from the Dyno, I need cams!!
Hey guys, went to the dyno yesterday to get a baseline (no tuning), here are the results:

One of the runs we did,

My thoughts are that I have great power at low rpms but power drops extremely early about 6500 or just after peak performance.

Next mods: 20V header, 184-c cams, cam gears, valve dual S/R

Here is my tune and log from the session if you want to check,

http://sdrv.ms/1aRH2jq

I'm pretty happy with the results for a stock engine though

Here are the specs,

SR20VE engine, stock
Q45 throttle body, P60 MAF, 3.5 piping
JWT pop charger
Hotshot replica ebay header, 2.5 downpipe
3 inch catback (no cat)
Fujitsubo high flow silencer
Nemu RT

Any comments appreciated

don't the mustang dyno's read low? pretty good effort.

just go n1's,save a few dollars over the 184c's, and spend the change on a custom intake manifold to work with your bigger throttle body.

keep an eye out for the "new wave" of extractors from jmr/trackforged to suit sr20ve as well.

Yes, they are supposed to read lower than other dynos so I'm pretty happy with the results, I even got highest peak numbers than a VE with SR16 cams but the power did sustain much higher than mine as expected. For reference a stock Renault Clio Sport (2 liter, 172hp) read 132 whp.

I already have the parts for the upgrade, but I'll probably be shopping for a new intake manifold in the near future anyway.

And about the new extractor, we've seen many efforts vanish after some time so I'll just stick with the 20v for now until they eventually come out.

That'd be a good idea, are there any reference numbers for a similar setup on a P11?

I beleive a P11 is heavier than b13, but with those dyno # I'd say 95-97mph trap speeds
