Generally the small tube headers are 1 5/8 stepped to 1 7/8 and the big tubes are 1 7/8 stepped to 2in. Tubing is measured by OD.

Thanks Cory. Any idea on wall thickness?

I've seen some specs on 421 Sr race headers using very large secondaries. As in 2.25". Anyone feel like testing that out?

Thanks guys for all the advice, after we get these headers built and tested we can look at fabbing up other go fast goodies. We know that the sr20 market is very spotty. It's always a hit or miss with this market. We will try our best with pleasing everyones needs and wants.

It's been spotty for a while but some of us diehards refuse to throw in the towel. There is potential there for good products to be made, they just have to work and work well. Make us a good header with good gains at a fair price and then we'll go from there. You may not be able to please everyone but customer service is a huge plus in the right direction.

We are currently going through a change that has slowed us down a little bit fabbing wise. We are hoping to have this all up and running again soon.
