You did download the FICD drivers to connect TunerPro RT with the ecu, right? If you didn't do this or redo this there won't be a connection between the two. Just went through this the other day and had to reload the drivers so the laptop could assign a Com port to establish the connection. BTW check ALL of your fusible links to make sure that didn't contribute to your situation.
