I'm sure there still testing. Going to get nismotronics on it next and a tune and see what all we can squeeze out of it. This was just a back to back dyno run.

Ok, so I guessing this is the final product then and your car was not the test car. Test car had 2.25" with nismotronic and you have 2.5" with nistune.

The after gains are just header or is that plus a re-tune with the nistune?

Good stuff anyways. Any gains are better than none.

Can't wait to see the 4:1 numbers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 questions.
what the idea behind the angles out of the middle exhaust ports?
whats the advantage of the spring loaded joints (if any)?

The reason why we changed test cars was because the previous car had done some changes to his car that would have, made the results of this test insufficient. For example, he went from 17" wheels to 15" wheels, went from AGX/Hypercos to Ksport crap and didnt get an alignment. So we deemed the test not worth a damn lol.

So I contracted out to Jesus, who I knew had a great running car and would be able to do back to back test on the same day. We started at 10am and finished at 3pm. Reason for the extensive time was because the exhaust shop who did Jesus cat back welded everything 1pc lol. We made 4 base line runs and 4 after we installed the header.

Jesus's mods are the following, Nistune basemap, N1s, S&R, 2.5" exhaust, pop charger, msd 8969, and ssac/Trackforged. No tuning was involved at all. The gains I can truly say are from the much better designed secondaries.

I will have videos and dyno sheets up soon, as we ran out of ink for the printer lol.

Here is the dyno sheet from the day. Please remember, this was dyno back to back on the same day. Nothing changed or tuned, except the header.
