Looks great guys keep up the good work. I'll be in the market in the market for a header soon and yours is going to be my first choice so far.

I'm surprised its basically a ssac copy w merge collectors. I guess maybe its just their starting point

i personally think that they don't have to re-invent the wheel here.the sr20 motor now is the same design as one made 20 odd years ago. the ssac type design has been out for ages, its proven bang for buck. with it's modded secondary's, choke point and merged collectors, it should provide better results than the ssac, and for reasonable money. if their 4-1 design ones are close the the kojima/asp 4-1 designed one's from 2007, again at reasonable cost with proven results, they will have my money pretty quick.

It is a good piece to go off with already, like some have stated already, the secondaries are the biggest factor and ours is definitely lighter.

We are getting there with the 4-1, it will be similar to those stated above, simply because of the amount of request from everyone. Just trying to find a solution on cost to bring it down.

Maybe an alternative for the cheapos might be buying the PLM collectors if you guys can work a deal with them and design the primaries of your own. Those collectors seem to work well for the PR guys, have a good choke, and megaphone with reverse cone when people want to run open header. Just a thought.

I hope to see a real back to back test on these headers!!
Or at least tuned vs tuned on both headers!!

Got one of Trackforged fine header on my sr20ve the other day. Here's a few pics. We saw about +3-5hp and +6-10ftlb over a ported SSAC. Set up at time 2.5 exhaust,intake,n1 cams, s&r and nistune for ecu.
