I got green dye all over my shoes trying to recharge my A/C in the Infiniti. *F* Winter.

Yep. Get some good snows, you'll be there. I drive my RWD G Coupe all Winter with a meaty set of Pirelli Snowsports, with 200+ ft-lbs of torque off idle and a JWT heavy clutch (over 2x clamping force of OEM). Even my MX's which have N/A snow traction are not terrible, the VLSD seems to help there.

No doubt there, when I am out on a cool clear Fall morning on a twisty back
road, the motor just loves that cold air. Try that, Mr. Sit-by-the-pool in FLA, and btw that A/C sucks something like -15 to -20 whp!

I don't usually take out my B13 in the snow, though, just clear road days. Use my G or my truck if it's really bad. No desire to crash or rust out my pride and joy (Ha-ha, notice the G Coupe gets second billing there? I can still replace that with a new one if I had to, but not my B13)

+1, I have a '95 Altima First gen with 4 Hankook snows I use in Winter (and an LSD), I've never gotten stuck with it, and I bought it new in Oct '94. It's holding up well at ~127k miles.

The Mother 3-stage treatment, clean/seal/wax. Takes forever, but it sure works! You should see how much dirt that comes off the just-washed car with the cleaner wax alone...

Get some snow tires drrrrrr. That or learn how to drive in the snow.
I think 2nd and 3rd gear work best for the SR20's in snow. 1st sucks cause all you do is spin, it revs up to quick and is too short of a gear. 2nd gear is nice. I usually cruise around in that and 3rd in neighborhoods.
I got a 99 Infiniti G20t, and my car gets around just fine in deep snow/ice/slush with all season tires.
