"Sandwitch Plate" Oil Pressure Adapter

Is anyone running "Sandwitch Plate" Oil Pressure Adapter on a B13 with a VE, the adapter that sits infront of the oil filter. I wanna know how much harder is it to do oil filter changes? Does it interfere with anything? Thanks.

Pictures of clearance would be of great help.
