Thread: Cosworth head gasket on a ve

Seems I'm having sealing issues on my 90mm bore ve. I re-used my Mazworx gasket.

I'd like to try the cosworth 90mm gasket since its available in 1.5mm but I need to know if it fits ve's? Does it have the extra oil port hole between cyl 3 & 4 ? And if not can I simply punch in that hole?

Alternatively, can a vet metal gasket be bored out to 90mm?

I have a 90mm cosworth hg here & it does not fit the ve motor. No extra hole.
