ve in a p11 issues.
So I finished my ve swap in my 99 p11 and everything works well, for the most part. I have a few odds and ends to wrap it. But, I noticed that my check engine light is not coming on, which I know should considering I am using a b13 flywheel. And my radiator fans are always on. I followed this thread (http://www.g20.net/forum/showthread....CU-in-a-99-P11) in order to rewire the harness since I am using a 94p10 Calum ecu. The only wires I have not run are the obd2 from the harness to the plug under the drivers side dash.

What brand is the B13 flywheel?

If it is a stock/OEM Nissan flywheel, then you shouldn't expect a CEL (as all OEM SR flywheels have 108 teeth).

If aftermarket, and 108 teeth, then you shouldn't expect a CEL.
If aftermarket, and 109 teeth, then you SHOULD expect a CEL.

Oh, wait, wow. Yeah its oem. I dont know where I got it in my head that the flywheel tooth count was different for b13 and b14 oem flywheels. My bad. Well, we've solved that problem. lol. Yes, everyone point and laugh, its ok.

Does your car have A/C? If you still have it after the swap, pull the A/C fuse and then turn the A/C on, and see if the fans come on.

If you don't have A/C anymore, I had a similar situation with the radiator fans. It turns out there was a short or something at the ECU (VE in a B13) - what I did was wire the fans directly to a switch I installed in the dash and then run them off the battery instead of messing with the ECU that's a huge bundle of wires.

I figured out what the problem was. There were two plugs that I didn't plug in for the engine harness to the bay harness. Kinda confused me since they were about a foot apart. But, I just pulled back the wires from the harness and all the problems went away. Thanks for your help dudes.
