boost and stock internals!
for all you turbo ve's out there i was wondering what your numbers are? Looking more for the guys who have the internals stock, maybe a HG at most. also if you like to share, what is your set-up as well. thanks fella's

+1 I been thinking about running 10 psi on my stock ve. Post people.

I don't think the stock ve rods can handle much boost.I could be wrong tho...

I have seen stock VE's hold over 300 whp on boost with no issues. If you want to keep it simple and are not shooting for a lot of power then yes it will hold up fine.

A good tune is a must.

also interested in this...
one day may want to run a t28 turbo, less than 10psi boost and decent injectors (370/440cc) with a good tune.

I assume a thicker headgasket, mayB a milled head would help the compression problem out a likkle bit.
3" inch piping

Cooling fans

if you plan on using a Avenir or GTiR manifold, port matching will help the air flow.
Tuning is very important.

lol already got the vrs 3" exhaust on the car.

my list:
turbo manifold
turbo 3" down pipe
intercooler
piping
upgrade calum ecu to realtime
injectors
blow off valve.......you get the point i need it all
