roller rocker iacv Qs?

Can the iacv from the jdm roller rocker intake manyfold work on the vvl intake manyfold? Here's. Some pict of the jdm rr iacv.

I should mention that that is a non USDM roller rocker IACV. USDM roller rocker IACV's use a completely different throttle body and wont bolt up to anything except for Roller Rock intake manifolds.
