lol , these are my intake, literally.

And yes they are for a turbo set-up, I got them to do a q45 throttle body provisions & stock fuel rail. I am still to fit them, but are on the list next, finally.

Mods:
Basic plenum with stock VE TB
Gasket matched and smoothed lower runners
3" intake piping
6" Velosity stack with 6" K&N filter
N1 cams
88mm 12.5:1 CP pistons
Ported head
Mazworx header
3" full exhause, 3" Magnaflow cat, resonator, Dynomax VT muffler
JWT Flywheel
JWT PP /w B15 disk
GSpec pulleys
No AC or PS
Nismotronic ECU
93 Octane Pump gas, up to 10% Ethanol

Old graph

New graph - Not smoothed, some room for improvement. I did not want to spend a whole lot of time on this as I will be changing things over the winter.

New setup

Add a longer 3.5in intake and you will see another 10whp

The plan is to modify or try another header, then upgrade to the Q45 TB, the 90* elbow, and 3.5" intake tubing. Also converting to MAP at the same time to get rid of the MAF. Not sure it will get any longer, it needs to stay in the isolated area.

My setup makes only 10whp more than yours and what makes the difference its the longer CAI without the long 3.5in CAI makes the same Leave the header alone It wont make much more at this point if you want more mid range torque and power the change to a tri y header with 1.75, 1.88 and 2.0in primaries
Been there done that!! on all your setup changes

Thanks for the advice. I will see what i can do. Maybe find a shorter filter. How long is your intake from TB to velocity stack?

So that everyone knows, we are not totally against making stuff, but we do need the support to be able to gain the interest in making products for you guys. Check out the VVL RWD swap intake that's pretty much finished for VVL RWD Conversion utilizing a stock lower

Just wondering...saw something like that on a Honda this past weekend. They had, what looked like, a spacer to make the plenum bigger. Is that an option? It fit right where the bolts go in, and looked like you could put difference sizes.

Would be nice if it could swing around.... Then it would be marketable for both sides...
