I have the Excessive elbow on my Custom manifold. And it really hurt flow on cylinder number 4.
The way the Excessive Plenum puts the TB flange so high, away from the port entries it may not hurt it as bad.
I really think the only way to do it right is to just place the TB at a 70° or so angle (rather than parallel to the flange) so that there is less wasted energy, more of a straight shot and more evenly distributed . Only problem of course is doing so in our engine bays.
