Thread: Intake manifold options

I have the Excessive elbow on my Custom manifold. And it really hurt flow on cylinder number 4.

The way the Excessive Plenum puts the TB flange so high, away from the port entries it may not hurt it as bad.

I really think the only way to do it right is to just place the TB at a 70° or so angle (rather than parallel to the flange) so that there is less wasted energy, more of a straight shot and more evenly distributed . Only problem of course is doing so in our engine bays.

While we bump this... May I ask how good/bad is the stock 20V Manifold/runners? Has anybody have any experience with this? Gspec has an Xcessive manifold for 20v runners Though it seems more geared to boost...

Ok, so what kind of power did the xcessive manifold make on a all motor car out of curiosity... never seen numbers I notice everyone buying them up a while back..... anyone have dyno graphs????
