Ok so here's the deal right now.
A couple of you told me to ditch the CAI setup I had, which consisted of these two 3" pipes connected together:

Now the car is setup like this, aka warm air setup:

I just went for a drive....and I think it sucks. I really do. I just went on a drive and it's different. It sounds about the same, but I couldn't spin the tires in 2nd like normal on the same stretch of road where I usually punch it.
So why am I writing all this? Well, because the whole deal with this thread is, we *could* find out tomorrow since I'm going to make dyno runs with the WAI setup as it is now, and then do CAI runs. And a buncha other changes, but I'm now very interested in the WAI vs CAI setup.
My bet is the CAI makes a bunch more peak HP. I've been driving this car for almost a year after I installed it, I know how it feels up top and it felt lackluster just now driving. I dunno. I know "butt dyno" is notoriously unreliable..
