I would say 209whp. How big is the cold air pipe and length from the filter to the air flow meter.

Was this car from CT?

Based on the Mods and power, I think it was a car I tuned here.

There will be no way to compare the gains as it is not going on the same dyno.

I've bought all my B13's from CT and New Hampshire, one from Boston even.. I'm not sure.

Here's a question. I was just out ripping on it going from redline 2nd to 3rd gear after finally breaking in the clutch. I came up on a stop sign and put it in neutral, and the tach dropped all the way and it stalled. I popped the clutch and it started right back up. Went ripping around, put it in neutral after near redline, once again, dropped down to a stall and popped clutch to restart. Never had that happen before. I've also never driven it when it was this cold, its like 10 degrees here..

If you look you can see the N60 MAF right above where it says Spectre, the air filter itself is just out of view below
