Also, he dialed in the weight of the car at 2,875 lbs. Does that not sound too high? He didn't weigh the car or anything, just looked up a the '92 sentra se-r on a computer program and dialed it in. Not sure if that would effect the numbers much in a positive or negative way

That's what I thought. Although I have no idea if that makes any difference on anything.

2.The car will peak way before 8000rpm with that setup. No sense to go higher.

3. Unless the car was above operating temp, the fans will no affect power output.

4. Sounds like an idiot.

5. As long as the weather station is accurate, the dyno will correct for those conditions.

6. Car should not have been on dyno if that was the case.

All true...

Heres one thing i just thought about. Does the dyno software need a weight input? I thought all it used was an RPM lead. If you do have to input your weight, then YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT UR CAR WEIGHTS! I was unaware of this. If so why dont we all just use virtual dyno.

The software the guy used today needed a weight input that he looked up. Then after he entered the weight, he hit a button and the dyno bar-thingies moved down and closer and then it was set for the runs.

Thats one of the reasons why your car gave lower numbers more weight entered into dyno software (Mustang Dyno) more load applied to roller to simulate the weight!! Never a Sentra will weight 2875lbs!!! unless you take into consideration weight if the Driver like me jajaja 290lbs LOL

Doh! Well thats some good news.. Because other than the overheating issue (fans), the motor runs incredible.. And i added mods since last 200hp+ run. So i thought id see 209, 212 etc.
