Anyone use 100mm TB before?
Have any of you guys used the 100mm throttle body from ebay before? I am thinking of grabbing one for testing purposes. Should be a little more efficient than the Q45 TB. My only concern is the TPS. They do not provide one or any info on what kind to use. I know I read a post way back of someone using it but cannot remember who. Any info appreciated.

Anyone use 100mm TB before?
Nismo it uses a 95 or 96 q45 tps. All the listings I seen, say what tps to use. They all say 91 to 96 or something. But only the 96 tps will work.

I'm thinking about getting the 70 or 80mm and welding it to the my stock low port de manifold. They all come with the flange! So easy and fairly cheap! I don't know why more guys don't do this

No idea how I didn't see that listed. I'll have to check again.

The flange is the reason I really wanted one. It makes life so much easier.

once you see the tps it uses, you will all know what im talking about.... it can be had from old stanza's and other older nissans..... unless they open the opposite direction. I will post up a pic

I double checked on which TPS sensor it uses. Out of the years the listings say works (91-96), only the 91-95' TPS will work

This is the style of TPS you need

Now the early versions have one style of plug and the later years use a different style. So pick the TPS sensor by what type of connector you can get your hands on. The later ones use the rounded type connector(pictured above) which looks the same as a b13/b14 TPS connector. PLUG AND PLAY?

I checked into other tps's. Older nissan's do use this style too. You might need to flip it around (opens in a different direction) and the connector is different. No biggie. Just source the connector you need and rewire. BABY stuff

^Hmmm. I might give it a shot. I just like how it comes with the flange. I will pull off my Q45 and do some measuring. Thanks man. I hope you're right lol.

Just pulled the trigger. We shall see how this does over the 83mm Q45 TB. Hopefully will get the new throttle body sometime next week. Will modify the manifold and get it all prepared while I wait for the new header to come in.
