ram air/ no filer on VE maf
How do you find running no filter or ram air on a VE ??

ive seen some cars run with ram air and tried running mine removing the filter on the track

some say removing the filer and exposing the MAF you willl lose top end....

I have yet to prove both...can you share your experiences please

My old 2.0 gained power going from a 3" filter to 3" velocity stack on my short ram. Never ran a filter since.

Maybe it dependent apon the Maf but I was rocking a N60 maf no air filter and the maf did not like the turbulent air that was getting into it.. car would buck back and forth or stumble on acceleration......maybe this is something that can be tuned out though?

Yes CAI with Velocity no filter works for all of us here!!
Shor ram with the velocity attached directly to maf can give you some issues without a filter
