Noise in SR16ve Engine. HELP

A friend of mine has been hearing this noise in his SR16ve stock motor. He said that his mechanic told him that the rocker arms are worn. Sound like shim to me.

Don't really hear much. Pop the cover and look at all the retainers and see if one is missing. quickest way to find out.
