Amazing what all you guys are pulling out of your VE's

What kind of increase were you able to make with the timing? As in how much more deg of timing were you able to run over the old tune? 5 deg?

I find the n/a sr20's are usually not knock limited at any amount of timing. Now a DET is a different story. Are the VE's alot more sensitive to knock?

Hopefully ill be hitting the track in the next month. Goal is a 13.3-13.5 @105ish. It is a full interior car with ac, car weighs 2700lbs with me in it and 1/2 tank. I am more focused on the mph though since this is a street car... For now.

Correction, n1 and shaved sr16 pistons. Btw I forgot to add this motor has a girdle in it, dropped it in since i figured this motor will eventually start seeing 9k once the setup supports it.
