I am gonna dyno this setup and see what are the numbers are.
I have yet to install, sr16 pistons, 20v cas and coils, the Aem standalone.

Do you guys think it's a good idea to install the standalone before the ITB's? and get a dyno of that. Then install the itb's and then get dynoed? So i get a good comparison of the gains made with the aem first, the the itb's? lemme know.
I'm looking for a 20v head, almost got one, so i'm on the hunt again.

yeah do all standalone swap first n tune, then drop in the itbs

Throttles are too small for being that far away from head.

Good luck with your testing.

According to the link you provided the price as shown is 3,500 SA Rand, which converts to appx. $400 USD. Is this correct? Did you pay the equivalent of 3500 Rand? This doesn't seem right to me, unless maybe this a second-hand purchase?

Also, maybe the OP can get a hold of forum member @MMBB (Martin Bruwer) and have him give some further details on these ITB's. If that price is correct (seems too low to be correct), they may be worth a shot. They may not be the ideal ITB set and they may not make the most power but more options for the VE are always good, especially if they can make power over a regular single-throttle plenum and at a reasonable price.

Yeah that price seems outdated to me.

@ the OP - I saw MB making this set for you. Looking forward to see your dyno numbers.

well those adds are about 5-6months old, some are at 3000rand also, I dont see what could have changed so much since then to adjust the pricing?

well i paid more than 400us for them, ill get the exact price, its been a while i had these ordered.
They are made with all new parts.I do hope they work just fine.
when i spoke to martin, he mentioned that he was going to stop making performance parts, He said it's taking up too much time, the set i got was one of 2 that remained. He also makes his own cams and has a big lobe setup that is currently in testing.
