Thread: Pito's SR24VE

Ashton I dont think anybody on this forum has as much track time as these guys, he needs to stay in 1st gear a little longer shifting to second too quick.

I just love reading how much you guys think or know over X person but its just theories and not much real life action. I know a few of you know your stuff and Im not against all the good opinions nor disrespecting but there are always BUTS and IF's with you guys. I just show a video of certain runs but that doesn't mean they don't or haven't tried different ways of going out and shifting. And im a 100% sure we sit any of you on the car and won't get not even near to the times they run and non the less would blow up the car faster for sure.

I know this came kind of random but it just seems to be the same always. (Edit: Reason being that from an accomplishment this is going off topic to a launch & shifting debate)
Go out there to the track and have fun guys.
Thats why out of all the great Nissans and accomplishments down here you won't see them much. We end up regretting the share...


But just FYI car made a short shift on ONE pass on that ONE video but it gets shifted at 8k anything over 2nd gear won't go in...but then again Pito is just lucky and knows nothing bout real driving

I want to keep this community as much as all of us alive and evolving. But that last msg just had to go out even though most of the comments are valid. But trust me this guys are at the track at least 2-3 times a week...and Pito does come and read sometimes. But anyways its coming out on mid January so stay tuned and many more cars and vids to come.

Shifts sound good to me. With a final drive like that, 1st gear isn't that long.

Car is moooving!! I know you guys have been doing adjustments for a while but it is amazing to see how relatively quick you guys have driven onto the 10's. Payu I understand where you are coming from, sometimes it is frustrating but hey, at least the comments are what they THINK would help no hating so that is good to see.

You guys keep doing what you doing, it is working and will only improve.

Btw how arebppl reacting to your times at the track? Im pretty there are not many 10sec n/a sentra's out there.

Just In case Im Edrick not Payu. Even thou we are like the same a tight group but no one is hating at all. I don't want no one to get the wrong idea. But just not take the topic too off topic thats all. Car will improve but non the less car is moving extremely fast right now.

Reaction is amazing. People see Nissan's with different eyes now and have been doing for some time now since pito and the local crew have been running day and night very decent times from mid 13s to plenty on the 12s and 11s Pitos 3 engines and well the 10.9 left speachless ton of guys.

As soon as they hit the track their being called in the tower as the Nissan Maniacs.

and thats what is all about having fun and enoying your time with the crew going fast is second to all that

Not for nothing but racing to Puerto Ricans is like walking,comes natural to them. Keep doing what your doing guys you guys are in the right direction and already made history in such a short time. Good luck and best of wishes for 2013.
