I think but not 100% confident that the porting its not that aggressive and may have some reverse taper!!

When they installed the sleeved they decked the block and the piston top not the crown just the border on the 92mm piston comes above the deck at TDC and the issue is that the PE mazworx 90mm headgasket only comes to 91.2mm bore so eliminate the chance of the piston touching the headgasket piston needs to be machined so the border of the piston doesnt come above the deck!!!

you guys got an oil cooler setup? I also heard the 2.4 ebay crank generates tonnes of heat in the block, and the thin ass coolant jackets dont help.

- Nice job Payu. Very impressive. Goes to show how N1's are some nice cams for OEM.

- What is the next move? Header, intake manifold, or cams?

Im so interested to know what is the known issue with the sr24 upgrade ?
Throw rod due to worst rod ratio, rod stress ? Stock sr20 rod can handle it ?
Dropped Sleeve problem ? , Sealing failure ?

....

Maybe Not the best supporting mods!! But the motor has all the internal parts that can be obtained and every single detail has been covered!!
1.Darton Sleeves Installed here by TR Machine Shop
2. CP Custom 92mm 13:1 Pistons fixed so thy dont step up above the deck
3. CX Racing 92mm Crankshaft and balanced Rotating assembly
4. Manley H Beam Rods
5. Maxworz PE head gasket
6 Fully Ported head with with Supertech OS IN and EX valves!!

And the the not so good mods!! But still make power!!
1. N1 cams
2. Xcessive Plenum with regular SR20VE runners
3. B18 Big tube tri y converted to 4-1 with megaphone and reverse cone!!

Not doubting the power at all Payu so please don't take it that way.

If it made the power it did with these mods then hell with some Kelford's, ITB's and a good header this shit can get very interesting.
