Same thing that happened with my Trans. I broke 3rd in the burnout box earlier last season.

Maybe eliminating 5th and adding a cuff to the gear stacks.

Must have been hurt. He's been doing 3rd gear burnouts for a long time on most of the cars.

Looks like the car dead hooks. I think the problem is shifting before the 60ft.


Not really, still sounds like its spinning quite a bit off the line and yes it sounds like he's hitting 2nd a bit too soon. Both may help improve the 60 ft. Instead of having all that initial shock break the slicks loose, preloading will help the car spring off the line and keep the spinning to basically nothing if you have everything set up good and right launch rpm.

Just sayin, its a big difference.

Either way, guy can drive thats for sure.

This is the second one he breaks N/A and one Output shaft from the M factory FD but the first with the 2.4 LOL!!

Doesn't really seem like the car spins to me. Would you agree that preloading would not make a difference if the car doesn't spin off the line? Watch the tire it looks pretty dead hooked to me. I would definitely say that preloading saves parts however.

Not really, preloading will make a difference regardless if its spinning or not. You wont get that spring action off the line without preloading. And just the sound of the rpm's you can tell its still spinning slightly. And yes, it would also save parts.
