Thread: What to do next?

As the winter building season approaches, I am trying to decide what to do with the car. Current basic 12.5:1 2.3 VE.

A custom header is in the works. ITB's? Customize my intake manifold how the TB Autoworks integra has their twin throttle setup? My Q45 is currently too small. Higher compression?

Worried the headgasket will not seal with nitrous in the mix.

Kind of running out of ideas. The car has to be in the 18XXlb weight area after some recent changes.

Curious to see what you guys come up with.

A turbo build might be the answer to go fast ...lol

Custom cams and ITB's!!!! That should net you the +120 traps

Don't go too drastic. Whenever that happens Imo you always get disappointed

Totally agree. Wish I spent more time with my 2.3 id say leave the long block just play with testing new bolt ons and cams!

I think you can build a center feed plenum with a big TB coming out the hood with a matching velocity stack I know It will look funny but I might work jejejeje

Always wanted someone to take the intake through a sorta WRX hoodscoop and feed the air through there...

Add an extra 10mm to the top of the block...make your own 2.7xL VE.
