no good news we having trouble with the injector cutting into the runner to much and not leaving enough material, so we are playing around with it,
but the car is back together and i match ported the intake to adaptor and so forth, so of them had a 3mm step from throttle body to manifold so air was hitting a brick wall so to speak. also lengthed the exhaust, and fitted a bigger air filter as to give more then 20mm clearance between the intake and velocity staks. it now has 80mm. it is at the tuners now. as we speak just got off the phone to them. just had to replace a coil pack had a miss. which is sorted now. so lets see what number s we get now.

i will get the new adaptor done. but more time is needed.

^^^ what he said^^^

There are two reasonable ideas that you can try by adding these; the first is obvious as you can weld them in where you can fit/want them. The second is if you are running Siemens style injectors, or can get ahold of a set, you can find injector adapters that allow you to use the Siemens injector in a Bosch seat. You can have them machined different angles into the adapters to find the optimum angle so that you are getting the best atomization into the chamber. The only other thing that you will have to take into concideration would be that your fuel rail will have to more also to change the angle.

its a bit of work but it would yield the largest gains and insure that your injector angle would be correct when drilling your C-N_Ced flange.

Just a thought...

I dont know where you are located, But, I have a bunch of these things sitting around, if you pay for shipping and give me $10/ set of 4 (dont know if its worth your time and money) ill ship you some. Just email me at dnordenmalm@gmail.com and we will talk
