We currently use a p12 6 speed box
The slick is m&H 26x8.5x13

Very nice. I'd be curious to see how the car would do with a 24.5'' on there. Regardless, car is moving out hard. Keep it up!

My personal ipinion is that the 26' is holding us back at the top. What I say is that the gain at the bottum is not good for the lost at the top due to roll resistance!!!

True. I would give a shot at 24.5's. We all have had good luck with 23's on this side of the pond.

26's are overkill for the setup

23's or 24.5's at the most. You can pull those same 60's with 23's and 24.5's and yeah you will have a much better top end

i say some 24.5 will be able to get him out the hole hard and shorten up his gear ratios by the smaller tire.
