installed N1 cams, BC springs + retainers and CS cam gears... no compression now
Did the install just like GregVs how-to thread: http://www.sr20forum.com/sr20ve-sr16ve/198451-how-install-cams-springs-retainers-ve.html
After installing the above the car started up fine but was idoling a little high as expected so I let it sit for a minute. Went to back up the car and it slowly died after moving about 20 feet in reverse. Went to start it back up and nothing. Checked the compression and have 0 PSI on all 4 cyclinders now

What happened??? Any thoughts or help would be nice before I take the head off for further inspection.

Check the cam timing first.

also, I did put the can gears at +5 and -5, don't know if that effected anything.

cam gears all tightened up? 0 compression = possibly complete overlap.

Now if the timing on the cam gears and timing chain was off would the car even start at all??

I've been off one tooth on the crank gear, and the cams at +2.5 and -2.5 and the car still ran.

I've even been 1 tooth off on the crank and straight up on the cams and it would run.

What did your valve seats look like?

So did the car run fine for a while or could you pretty much start it up and thats it?? My car will not start up at all now.
Gonna double check the valves again.

Ok this may be a dumb question but which cam gears did you get? One +8 and one -8 CS gear? If so, is there a possibility that you may have accidentally switched positions of the cam gears? Maybe instead of installing +5 in and -5 out, you put it as -5 in and +5 out?

I dunno just a shot in the dark.
