In a itb setup I don't see how "wave tuning" has a significance as it does on a plenum intake. I learned, speaking to some known itv companies, that the position of where the itbs are, the diameter, and the taper had the major affects on power. Length was not discussed much so if you can give me a good explanation on how it affects power i would love to learn.
